Welcome to C&H Studio. We are an online design studio providing quality design services on-demand.

5. REFUND POLICY
5.1 We strive to provide our clients with the best possible service and quality designs. However, due to the nature of our business and the time and effort put into creating your designs, we are unable to offer refunds.5.2 In cases where there is a mistake in payment processing, such as double charging etc. We will offer the according refund.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
6.1 C&H Studio shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the Services.
7. INDEMNIFICATION
7.1 You agree to indemnify and hold C&H Studio, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney’s fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Services.
8. GOVERNING LAW
8.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Uruguayan Government.

9.1 The parties shall attempt to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms through good faith negotiations.
