5. Termination: Either party may terminate the design agreement at any time for any reason. In the event of termination, C&H Studio Design will provide you with all completed designs up to the date of termination.

6. Liability: C&H Studio Design is not liable for any damages or losses incurred by you or any third party as a result of using our services. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in the designs or any losses arising from the use of the designs.

7. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Uruguay. Any dispute arising under these terms and conditions shall be resolved by the courts of Montevideo.
